1.Chicken-1kg(Chicken pieces have to be of moderate
size,preferably large
2.Gingergarlic paste
3.Coriander powder-2tbsp
4.Mirchi powder-2tbsp
5.Vinegar-2tbsp
6.Garammasala powder-1tbsp
7.tomato sauce
8.Chilli sauce(according to the quantity)
9.Ajinomoto-1tbsp
10.Salt to taste
Mix all the above ingredients and let it marinate for
1hour.Then cook it for 10min without adding water,untill the
chicken pieces become tender.Then heat oil in kadai and fry
these chicken pieces untill they get deeply fried.
(Sprincle lemon juice before serving)
"YUMMY" chicken is ready.
(Note:Do not use tomatochilli sauce.But it is different tomato
and chilli sauces)
