Position: Business Analyst
Location: MN- Onsite
Required skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise system implementations
- Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills
- Experience coordinating and supporting system integrations
- Ability to lead stakeholder sessions and drive alignment
- Experience supporting testing efforts, including UAT
- Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) – Nice to have
- Familiarity with SWIFT and/or SEMA4 – Nice to have
- Public-sector or government project experience – Nice to have
- Experience working with third-party vendors and centralized IT teams - Nice to have
