Preferred Background

• Deep experience creating data warehouses, marts, and ODS solutions
• Strong SQL, query optimization, and RDBMS design (3NF & dimensional models)
• End-to-end Snowflake implementation experience (RBAC, performance tuning, cloning, etc.)
• Familiarity with healthcare payer data – member, enrollment, claims, and provider domains
• Cloud platform experience – Azure and/or AWS

Nice to Have

• CDMP or CBIP certification
• ERwin, ER/Studio, or PowerDesigner experience
• Informatica preferred (Data Stage / SSIS acceptable)
• Agile and ITIL certification
